Thoughts running wild,
daydreams and fantasies collide.
So many things left unsaid,
for better or for worse, who knows…
Feeling restless and aching,
deep inside my hollow being.
Like some kind of emptiness or
a bit like nerves shaking my bodily fluids,
I don’t know…
My mind seems to race with
the pounding beats of my heart,
the intensity renders my whole body lifeless.
Mind over matters of the heart? God knows…
