I know a couple of girls who’re 3rd Class Economics graduates from University Brunei Darussalam who seemed to have been side-stepped always by Public Service Commission (SPA) Panel of Interviewers for governmental positions. So now they have to make do with below 1k basic salary working for the Private Sector since they left UBD more than a year ago… And they’re not keen on teaching positions, either.

Current job market trend in Brunei Darussalam points out that Institiut Teknologi Brunei (ITB) grads get much faster job offers than UBD grads.

Good luck on your ‘A’ Level exams (if you haven’t sat for it yet). I have full confidence that you’ll sail through it easily with flying colours, young man!

I have read quite a bit (though not enough) about how and why Israelis and Palestinians (as well as Iranians) will never get along with each other. Do you think that the twin-state solution between Israel and Palestine can ever be achieved?

Besides that, I’m also interested in your opinion about whether Iran is harnessing (or will start harnessing) nuclear energy for nuclear weapons.

Oh, no worries about being ICT-illiterate; I think that people like you (who likes to share and spread information) would find Twitter easier to understand (than most others would) and use effectively. After all, Twitter’s all about sharing. Plus, just maybe, you’ll find yourself addicted to it soon enough, like many other Bruneians already are. :p Think of it as ‘releasing mini-tension’, or posting thoughts that you wouldn’t blog about because it’s too short.

Regarding my blog, thanks! I would be glad to take political science, but I’ve made up my mind to take up the subject economics, which isn’t so distant from political science. Plus, I think I’ll be able to solve more problems in Brunei by taking up economics, but that’s for much later hehe. Oh, and about that quote, I think it would sound a lot more ’suitable’ if I put it as “Never take life TOO seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.”. :p

I think you should take up political science if you are not into engineering or medicine or even law for your further studies.
